Immediate start to work with this team of professionals in the brand new offices in Macquarie Park!

This position will see you dealing directly with patients, hospitals and clinics, ensuring they have the right equipment to undertake home treatment. The role includes but is not limited to:-

  • Creation and set up of all new patients
  • Organisation of the initial delivery and follow through
  • Liaise with treating hospitals on patients details and requirements
  • Follow up on new patients pre and post ordering
  • Review and investigation of customer complaints 
  • Data entry of all relevent information
  • Incoming and outgoing calls

The right candidate will have:-

  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems – preferrably SAP, but not essential
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to multi task
  • Excellent, clear communication skills
