Council Lodgements Officer

This building company who have been operating for over 30 years, located in the North West Sydney is seeking a Council Lodgements Officer to join their busy team.

Reporting to the Team Leader of Lodgements, your responsibilities will include:-

·         Preparing documentation and liaise with relevant Councils

·         Lodging the Occupation Certificates

·         General Construction administration

·         Assisting with land compliance assessments

·         Generating reports

·         Liaising with external service providers and internal departments

·         Preparing permit documentation for the building process

The right candidate will have:-

·         Previous experience in the building industry is preferred

·         Understanding of Local Council

·         Exceptional communication skills

·         Positive and proactive attitude

·         Strong administrative skills

·         Outstanding organisational and time management

·         The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment
