  • $33 per hour + Parking + working for a growing Investment company
  • This opportunity could become perm if you are the right person

We have a great temp role to start immediately, working for a real estate investor located in Norwest Business Park. The role will see you taking on the administration assistance for the Sales Manager.

The role includes the following:-

  • Managing the incoming and outgoing emails
  • Liaising with brokers
  • Following up on loans
  • General reports
  • Answering incoming queries in a timely manner 
  • Supporting with any ad hoc administration
  • Data entry on excel
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and approvals.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams regarding contractual obligations and requirements.

If you have a background in real estate, or conveyancing, or you’re a great administrator who loves being around people, this could be the ideal role for you. Hours are 9-5. Monday to Friday. Once settled in – you can have the opportunity to work from home for 1 day per week!!
