We have a great temp role to start immediately, working for a real estate investor located in Norwest Business Park. The role will see you taking on the administration assistance for the Sales Manager.
The role includes the following:-
- Managing the incoming and outgoing emails
- Liaising with brokers
- Following up on loans
- General reports
- Answering incoming queries in a timely mannerÂ
- Supporting with any ad hoc administration
- Data entry on excel
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and approvals.
- Provide guidance and support to teams regarding contractual obligations and requirements.
If you have a background in real estate, or conveyancing, or you’re a great administrator who loves being around people, this could be the ideal role for you. Hours are 9-5. Monday to Friday. Once settled in – you can have the opportunity to work from home for 1 day per week!!
