Branch Sales Manager- Tasmania

Lead the sales and customer service team of the Tasmanian branch in this business critical role.

Opportunity to work with a well established packaging business managing the customer service and sales of the Tasmanian branch. The product mix of this business is wholistic across buy/sell and manufacturing and includes glass, flexibles, rigid plastic, metal and cartons

In this role you will be required to build on your existing sales and people leadership experience to help take the branch to new levels of success. 

The ideal candidate would have the ability to lead the following tasks.

-Develop sales Strategy
-Oversee the customer service and sales teams
-Assist the team with proposals
-Develop pricing schedules
-Own your budget and cost centre
-Cultivate key relationships

You will be measured on.

-New Business
-Growth of existing business
-People leadership
